It?s all designed to allow you to keep your focus on the road. The interior materials ? available in Medium Light Stone or Charcoal Black ? are so comfortable you?d never guess that they?re eco-friendly, including sound absorption material throughout the Escape that makes use of recovered plastic from 20-ounce bottles and cotton from T-shirts, sweaters, jeans and other sources that would otherwise make its way into our landfills.

- 2.5L Duratec inline 4-cylinder engine ? delivers 168 hp and 170 lb-ft of torque while offering an EPA est. 22 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway (25 combined mpg). Escapes equipped with the Duratec engine can tow up to 1,500 lbs.
- 1.6-liter EcoBoost® inline 4-cylinder engine ? delivers 178 hp and 184 lb-ft of torque while offering an EPA est. 23 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway (26 combined mpg) Escapes equipped with the 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine can haul up to 2,000 lbs.
- 2.0-liter EcoBoost® inline 4-cylinder engine ? delivers 240 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque while offering an EPA est. 22 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway (25 combined mpg). Escapes equipped with the 2.0-liter EcoBoost® can tow up to 2,000 lbs. ? of get one equipped with the Class II Trailer Tow Package and haul up to 3,500 lbs.
